Spotted a quiet hour that no longer runs, a sensory program that has ended, or a provision a venue no longer offers? Use Report a change on any listing or the corrections page. Reports about ended programs are reviewed first — they are the corrections that save a family a wasted trip.

Venues can claim their listing free of charge to correct provisions and renew their attestation. Claiming never buys a tier, never removes a dated community report, and never turns our listing into a certification.

Parents and visitors: your dated reports are Tier C evidence and they matter. Tell us what was actually there — the room, the noise, the wait — and we will label it, date it, and keep it separate from what the venue says about itself.

Report something

Email [email protected] with the listing name, what is wrong or has changed, and — if you have it — a link to the business's own page showing the current information. You can also use the report form.

Businesses listed here can also claim their listing to supply corrected information directly; claimed information is still checked against a source before it changes a tier.
